TAMARIND MISO BEEF SHANK. Pressure cook 1 kilo beef shank and 1/2 cup thin slices of ginger in 2 liters of water for 40 minutes. Turn off heat and place pressure cooker under running water. When the pressure lock is released, remove cover and return to high heat and continue boiling. Add 3/4 cup yellow miso, 2 packs 8g Magic sarap, and 1 pack 150g Mama Sita's sinigang sa sampalok sour oriental soup base. Add 1-2 bundles chinese kang kong. Boil for 1 minute and serve piping hot.
