EASTER HAM SINIGANG
EASTER HAM SINIGANG. Boil 3/4 cup sliced ginger, 2 cups chopped all-meat ham, 2 liters water, and 1 to 2 packs Knorr sinigang mix for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and mix in 1 to 2 cups fresh spinach leaves.
