KARE-KARENG TILAPIA
KARE-KARENG TILAPIA. Steam 1 cup chopped eggplant, 1 cup chopped pechay. Slowly mix in 4 cups water, 3/4 cup peanut butter, 1 tbs Mama Sita achuete powder, and 2 tbs flour. Season tilapia and fry, then serve on top of kare-kare veggies.
