STRING BEANS GISADO


STRING BEANS GISADO. Fry 1 tablespoon chopped garlic until golden brown. Add 1/2 cup chopped ripe tomatoes, fry until soft and almost mushy. Add 2 cups chopped string beans. Season with one pack 8g Magic sarap, and 1 tablespoon Mama Sita's oyster sauce. Serve with two fried eggs sunny side up, steaming rice, and hot calamansi juice with honey. This power breakfast meal is light, very nutritious, with complete protein, B-vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants. Have this after your Monday morning workout and shower!
