SINAMPALUKANG MANOK (CHICKEN TAMARIND STEW)
SINAMPALUKANG MANOK (CHICKEN TAMARIND STEW). Pressure cook 1 kilo chopped Magnolia spring chicken, 200 gms tamarind, 2 large tomatoes, and 1 cup sliced ginger for 30 minutes. Add 2 bundles mustard leaves and season to taste.
