GUIMARAS EXPRESS


Boil one kilo pork cubes in 2 cups water, 2 tablespoons crunchy garlic, and 1 pack 8g Maggi magic sarap and lowmed fire for 40 minutes. Add one large can Bonus coconut cream, 1 pack 8g Maggi magic sarap, half cup sliced ginger, and 1 handful sili haba. Simmer for 4 minutes. Add one cup diced Guimaras mango. Serve with steamed jasmine rice and iced guyabano juice.

KIMCHI CORNED BEEF


In a casserole, combine large can of Purefoods corned beef, 2 large potatoes chopped, 3 large tomatoes chopped, half cup water, half cup Baguio canola oil, 1 tablespoon Earth Flavors crunchy garlic, and 1 pack 8g Maggi magic sarap. Simmer on medium for 10 minutes. Let cool. Mix in 1 large white onion chopped, 4 tablespoons Dae Jang Geum kimchi finely chopped, and 2 tablespoons Lady's Choice mayo. Serve with Bounty Fresh eggs sunny side up, and steamed Harvester's or Hinode brown rice.

MACKEREL SPAG


Fry 3 large chopped tomatoes until soft in half cup Baguio canola oil. Add 1 can 425g MEGA Mackerel in tomato sauce. Add 1 tablespoon Mama Sita's sinigang sa sampalok paste. Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Add 3 large Bounty Fresh eggs. Turn off fire and cook in residual heat. Cool for 3 minutes. Add 1 large chopped red onion. Serve on cooked Ideal spaghetti, with extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons Del Monte original blend tomato ketchup, and grated QBB cheddar cheese.
